The Magic Hour - Covid & Cancellation Policy

Please read the following information before purchasing your ticket.

To give our audience confidence, a number of Covid prevention measures are in place at our performances.

Since the discovery of the Omicron variant, we are now taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guests. These are designed to reassure our guests, rather than be a hinderance.

Face coverings must be worn during the performance until government guidance changes.

We request that you take a Lateral Flow Test on the date of the show, and present this to our Front of House staff. This can be done using a photograph on your phone, where the date it was taken can be checked, or via the NHS app.
If you test positive for COVID-19, please contact us to rearrange your booking.

Booking & Seating

​

At this time there is a limit of 45 audience per show. 

Groups will be socially distanced from each other where possible. Arrivals into the show will be staggered to avoid congestion.

Drinks may be consumed during the show, but you should arrive with good time to purchase beforehand as the bar can get busy annd there may be a delay in service.

All bookings will be reserved, and your seats allocated by our Front of House Team depending on the time of booking.

Audience are encourage to wear a mask when moving around public areas and entering / exiting the auditorium.

Tickets many be amended up 24 hours prior to each performance.

Personal data (email and telephone) are required for each booking and must be held for 21 days to comply with NHS Test & Trace purposes. You will only be contacted in the event of someone in close proximity testing positive for Covid-19.
